Meet Our New Executive Chef
Dussini Loft Bar is very excited to introduce our new executive chef, Tommy DiMella. Tommy’s vast array of experience and in-depth training, including a six month stint at a top restaurant in Milan as well as a degree in the Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, made him a natural fit with our team. He brings a diverse background and inquisitive spirit to our menu and General Manager, Carrie Richards says “We are confident that his experience in creating memorable dishes with a respect for simple, fresh flavors will add an exciting new dimension to the dining experience at Dussini.”

Known for creating delicious, expressive cuisine with an enthusiastic focus on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, Tommy believes that food should be memorable-yet-straightforward. “If you are eating a tomato, I want it to taste like a tomato,” he explains with a grin. “It’s my goal to enhance the already enjoyable dining experience at Dussini so that our guests find even more reasons to
return!”

Happy Anniversary to Us!
It’s hard to believe Dussini is now a year old. Over the last year we have met some incredible people and many have become our friends dining regularly with us. To show San Diego our gratitude for the support this last year, we are treating our guests to a complimentary glass of champagne or dessert December 4th

Are You Ready For Some Football?

A great complement to our half price appetizers on Sunday**, we bring to our guests the Dussini Bloody Mary bar. We’ll start you off with our special Bloody Mary mix and you take it from there to create your very own drink. Open Sundays from 11:30am – 12am. Rack ‘em up for only $5/hour all day on Sunday.
